We kindly ask that you keep the information below in mind to help ensure all things are well and accommodated in our gatherings and the community.

YOUR RSVP HAS MEANING.

A lot of work goes behind the scenes to make sure things run smoothly. It is important that if you sign up to attend a meetup, to do so. :) If you are unable to make it - no problem - please update your attendance as soon as possible. This allows for your spot to be potentially filled by someone else.

YOUR PRESENCE IS YOUR PERMISSION.

You may be captured in photo, video, audio, or writing. Documenting the gatherings takes place to 1) memorialize the sacred time together, 2) serve as a recall or source for content, and 3) possibly be used for promotional material. Your presence at the event is seen as your permission for such usage. You can request ahead of time at each event to not have yourself be documented.

YOUR ATTENDANCE IS AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY.

COVID-19 and other common sicknesses are spread mainly from person-to-person contact. People can be infected, show no symptoms, and still spread the COVID-19 disease which can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness. Please be cautious, sneeze/cough into your elbows, and wash your hands often. It is not possible to prevent the presence or spread of sickness, therefore your attendance means the event holds value and that you accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, or spreading illness. All are encouraged to mask up. If you are feeling sick or in contact with someone sick, please kindly consider not attending an event.
